This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “Creator,” “Brand,” or “Business”) and Media Design Expert FZE, the owner and operator of Sparkify.social (“Sparkify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Sparkify platform (website or mobile app), you agree to be bound by this EULA, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use Sparkify.social.
1.1 Sparkify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for creating collaborations between creators and brands.
1.2 You agree not to copy, distribute, or modify any part of the platform, reverse engineer it, or use automated tools without written permission.
2.1 Sparkify relies on user-generated content (“User Content”). By posting, you grant Sparkify a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display your content for platform functionality.
2.3 You warrant that you own your content and it does not violate third-party rights or laws.
4.1 Sparkify merely provides the environment for initial contact and messaging.
4.2 All collaboration terms and payments are strictly between the brand and the creator. Sparkify is not responsible for enforcing agreements or payment disputes.
You may not use Sparkify for harassment, hate speech, or explicit content. Sparkify may terminate accounts violating these rules.
All platform technology and branding are owned by Sparkify.

Sparkify may terminate access if you violate the EULA or misuse the platform.
Sparkify is provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee continuous uptime or accuracy of user content.
Sparkify is not liable for disputes between users or loss of earnings. Liability is limited to any amount paid for services.
Continued use of the platform means you accept updated terms.
