1. Introduction These Terms govern the use of Sparkify.Social (the “App”), operated by Media Design Expert FZE. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility Users must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

3. User Responsibilities Users agree to:

• Provide accurate profile information.

• Respect intellectual property and privacy rights.

• Not engage in harassment or misleading behavior.

4. Collaboration Process

• Users can create and match on collaboration ideas.

• Matched users communicate directly to finalize details.

• We do not guarantee successful collaborations.

5. Content Ownership Users retain ownership of their content but grant us a license to display it within the App.

6. Limitations of Liability We are not liable for any damages, disputes, or losses arising from collaborations or misuse of the App.

7. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
